Delete your account
You can delete your Wanawun account and associated data at any time.
During private beta, account deletion is handled by email request. An in-app delete option will be available before the public launch.
How to request deletion
- From the email address registered to your Wanawun account, send a message to hello@wanawun.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
- Confirm in the body that you want your account and data deleted. (We require this confirmation to prevent someone else from deleting your account.)
- We'll process the request within 30 days and email you when it's complete.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (display name, email, authentication credentials)
- Your lesson and clip progress, vocabulary practice records, and game history
- Your player rating data
- Any voice recordings you uploaded
What may be retained
We may retain limited records (e.g., aggregate, non-identifying logs, or records required to comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse) for a short period before they too are removed.
